1. Our in house repair team and contractors will complete repairs to a high standard.
2. We aim to get repairs completed right first time. When this isn't possible, we will keep you updated until your repair is complete.
3. Our in-house repair team and contractors will respect you and your home when they visit you.
4. We monitor the quality of the work carried out by our in-house repairs team and our contractors.
Based in Cwmbran, Evolve have been working with Cynon Taf on the Optimised Retrofit Project since 2024. They have completed over £1million worth of improvements to Cynon Taf homes making them more energy efficient and cheaper to run.
Based in Neath, R&M Williams work across Wales to deliver multimillion pound projects. Cynon Taf have been working with R&M Williams since 2023 and have delivered £1.5million worth of improvements to Cynon Taf homes. R&M Williams works with local businesses to invest in local jobs.
