Find out moreIn June 2025 Cynon Taf were successful in their bid for Welsh Government Optimised Retrofit Project funding of £1.1million and in October 2025, Cynon Taf Housing secured and additional £800,000 Welsh Government funding for further energy efficiency improvement to tenants homes.
Up to 180 homes will receive measures including solar panels and loft insulation to reduce energy bills and carbon emissions.
Cynon Taf is committed to improving homes, making them more comfortable and affordable for tenants.
Works will be completed by March 2026.
